CQ QMI Einstein Prediction Score

Overview

Einstein Prediction Builder predicts next-period QMI scores by using your historical data to generate a forecast and identify likely score drivers. You use it to understand what may change in the next period and what factors contribute to that change.

These predictions support earlier action on emerging quality issues. CRM Analytics evaluates multiple algorithms and selects the model with the best accuracy. The default model uses fixed metrics, and you can customize the metrics to match your business needs.
