Purpose
As a Safety Event Owner, you can review similar Safety Events to identify reoccurrence and evaluate incident patterns.

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Base User PSG, CQ EHS Base User PSG, CQ Safety Event User PSG, or CQ Safety Event Manager User PSG, CQSS Similarity User PS
Steps

Open the Safety Event record.

Click the CQ.AI tab.

Select the CQ.AI section.
Expected Outcome

Similar Safety Event records are displayed in the Similar Records section to support reoccurrence analysis.

Each record shows a Similarity Score, calculated from the Description of Incident of the new Safety Event and previously reported events.

The Description of Incident and Similarity Score are shown together for easy comparison.

Records are ordered by highest similarity score, followed by the date the Safety Event was created.

The Root Cause field displays the Description of Root Cause (when the Investigation has been initiated, edited, or previously closed).

Incident Date and Location values are displayed to assist in evaluating event patterns.
