Adding Product Review Attendees

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, add meeting Attendees to make sure the appropriate stakeholders participate in the management review and that the meeting record reflects required participants for quality and safety compliance.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meetings - Management Review

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Draft


Steps

  1. Open the Meeting record.

  2. Open Attendees. Then click New.

  3. Specify this information:

    • Contact or User
      Select the attendee.

    • Attendee’s Meeting Role
      Specify the attendee’s meeting role.

    • Attendee’s Access
      Select the attendee’s access level: Read or Edit.

    • Attendance
      For past meetings, enable Attendance and specify whether this attendee was present.

  4. Click Save. To add another Attendee, click Save & New.

Note: You can add, update, or delete attendees until the meeting review record reaches Closed Status.

Expected Outcome

  • Attendees are added to the meeting.

  • Attendee Edit and Delete actions are available.
