Purpose
As a Record Owner, you add related product reviews to provide information that supports the evaluation of the complaint. You select the relevant review, link it to the complaint, and record any details needed for assessment or investigation.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension
Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps
Function: CQ Add Related Product Reviews
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Non DT Task Assignee PSG

Steps

From the Product History Review record, Related Products section, click the New button.

Enter the relevant information needed.

Product/Component - enter the related Part.

Reference Type - select Deviation, Inspection, or Change Order.

CAPA - select the Related CAPA, if applicable.

Nonconformance - select the Related Nonconformance, if applicable.

Other Reference Number - enter the external reference number as needed.

Click the Save button or Save & New for additional Related Product Reviews.
