Expected Outcome

Releasing Without Post Implementation

  • The Immediate Change moves to the Closed Stage and Closed Status with a Workflow Status of Immediate Change Approved.

  • If the Effective Date is in the future, the Immediate Change moves to the Pre‑Release Stage.

  • The Resolution Code displays as Effective, and the Effective Date populates on the Details tab after release.

  • The Closing Change Order activity appears on the History tab.

Releasing with Post Implementation

  • The Immediate Change moves to the Released Stage with a Workflow Status of In Progress.

  • The Post Implementation Task displays in Open status on the Changes tab.

  • The Releasing Change Order activity appears on the History tab.

Document Changes

  • Documents will now move to the Prerelease Queue and will later move to the Current Status once the Effective Date is met.

  • At any time, Document Owners can modify the Effective Date from each Document to manually move the Document to the Status of Current.
