Overview
The Scorecard Distribution process defines how a QMI Manager assigns distribution tasks to Assignees. These tasks direct Assignees to distribute Scorecards to CQ Locations and other required recipients.
This process supports a consistent workflow for delivering Scorecards to the correct stakeholders. It aligns distribution with evaluation, review, and completion activities across the organization.
