Purpose
As a CQ Administrator, you can add rating metrics to a Rating Model to define how scores are calculated and evaluated.

Steps

In the Rating Model record, open the Related tab and select Rating Metrics.

Click New.

Review the Record Number field. It populates after saving.

Confirm the Rating Model field. It defaults automatically.

Select the Metric Name.

Select the Scoring Method (Automated or Manual).

Enter the Weight between 0 and 100.

(Optional) Enter a Parent Rating Metric when creating a hierarchy.

(Optional) Enter a Calculation Period (Months) for lowest‑level metrics.

(Optional) Enter a Lookback Period (Months) for lowest‑level metrics.

(Optional) Enter a Metric Target.

(Optional) Select Use Custom Calculation if needed.

Select Transfer to Scorecard if the metric must appear on the final scorecard.

Click Save or Save & New.
Expected Outcome

The new rating metrics are now available in the Rating Model.

The metrics are available for additional configuration and scoring setup.
-
The model includes all metrics needed for consistent score calculations.
