Submitting Approval for Change Implementation

Purpose

As a Change Owner, you submit Change Request Approvals to confirm your decision and move the change to the next step in the controlled review process.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Approval

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Change Requests

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Change Requestor PSG

Approvers: Minimum of one assigned

Record Status: Open

Steps

1. Open the Change Requests record.

2. Click Submit for Approval in the Next Best Actions section.

Expected Outcome

• Change Request Approval Status is Pending.

• Email Notification is sent to approvers.

• The Submitting Change Requests for Approval activity is displayed on the History tab.
