Signing Off the PHR

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you sign off the Product History Review (PHR) to confirm the review is complete and ready for the next stage of the complaint workflow. You verify the recorded findings and record approval to close the PHR task.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ PHR Sign‑Off

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Non DT Task Assignee PSG

Configurations: CQ Tasks

Steps

1. From the Product History Review record, click the Complete button.

3. Enter a Summary.

4. Optionally, select if any Relevant Observations were discovered during the PHR.

5. Click the Save button.

PHR Signed Off with no Review Needed

PHR Signed Off with Review Needed

Expected Outcome

•  The Product History Review moves to a Status of Complete if No Review is Required and a Status of Ready if Review is Required.
