Reopening Investigations
For Permission Set Groups: CQ Base User PSG, CQ CAPA Owner PSG
If needed, CAPA Owners can reopen the Approved Investigation once the CAPA reaches the Implement Stage after approval, and the Verification Stage after Implementation, as needed. This allows the CAPA Owner to update the Investigation Summary as well as add any more Actions needed for CAPA completion.

From the CAPA record, select the Reopen Investigation option from the Action Menu.

Enter Comment and Password if needed, and click the Save button.
Results

The CAPA record reverts back to the Investigate Stage and Open Status.

Reopening Investigation activity is logged in the CAPA Record Activities section under the History tab.
