Viewing Current Performance

Purpose

The Current Performance functionality gives a clear view of the latest performance level using key metrics. It shows score changes, top‑performed metrics, and least‑performed metrics so users can identify strengths and areas that require improvement.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI - Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: QMI Dashboard

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

1. Open the QMI Dashboard.

2. Select Current Performance.

3. Choose a location or keep All.

4. Review the Overall Score.

5. Check the Change in Score.

6. Review Top Performed Metrics.

7. Review Least Performed Metrics.

Outcome

• You see a snapshot of key metrics for the selected scope.

• You understand the latest performance level from the Current Score.

• You identify performance improvement or decline from the Change in Score.

• You recognize key strengths from the Top Performed Metrics.

• You identify areas requiring improvement from the Least Performed Metrics.
