Closing Product Reviews

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, close the Meeting to record final Minutes or Decisions, and log the closure for audit tracking.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meetings - Product Review

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Open

Steps

1. Open the Meeting record.

2. Click Close in Next Best Actions section.

3. Provide Meeting Minutes and Meeting Decisions, if applicable.

4. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

5. Click Save.

Note: Meetings can be closed even if Actions are not completed.

Expected Outcome

• The Meeting Status and Meeting Stage change to Closed.

• Schedule Next Meeting button appears in the Next Best Actions section.

• The Close Meeting activity appears on the History tab.
