Editing Regulatory Tab Details

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you edit the Regulatory tab details to update the information required for regulatory review or reporting. You review the existing fields, make the necessary changes, and save the updates so the complaint record reflects the current regulatory information.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Regulatory Tab Detail Update

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Regulatory Owner PSG

Steps

1. From the Complaint record, Regulatory tab, click the Edit button present in the Regulatory Details section to edit the fields present inside it.

2. Update information as needed.

3. Click the Save button.
