Purpose
As a Document Owner, you can set the Secondary Format to Manual to apply secondary formatting only when needed. This option gives you direct control over when the format updates occur.

Installation Package: CQ Core
Product: QualityQuest
Function: Controlled Documents, Template Documents, and Courses
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Document Owner PSG
Record Status: Draft
Steps

Open the Controlled Document record.

Click the Pencil for Secondary Format under the Content section.

Select Manual for Secondary Format.
Caution: Changing Secondary Format to Manual disables the Document Auto Sync Cover Page, Header/Footer, and Watermark capabilities.

Select or Upload the file to be used as Secondary Content.

Click Save.

Expected Outcome

Secondary Format displays as Manual.

The Secondary Format Setting has now been set, and two Controlled Document Files now exist for Viewing and Download.

When the Secondary Content has been added, a View link will display.
