Deleting Scorecard Metrics

Purpose

As a QMI Manager, you can delete a Scorecard Metric before submission to remove incorrect or unnecessary metrics.
This task applies when the Rating Scorecard is in Pending Scoring or No (blank) Scoring status.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI- Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: Deleting Scorecard

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Admin PSG


Steps

  1. From the App Launcher, search for CQ QMI, and open the app.

  2. Open the Rating Scorecards tab, and select a Rating Scorecard Number.

  3. Open the Metrics tab.

  4. In the Scorecard Metrics section, select Delete from the row action menu.

  5. Confirm the action by clicking Delete.

Expected Outcome

  • The selected Scorecard Metric is removed from the Scorecard Metrics section.

  • The metric no longer appears in the Rating Scorecard.

  • Users cannot view, select, or reference the deleted metric.
