Purpose
As a QMI Manager, you can delete a Scorecard Metric before submission to remove incorrect or unnecessary metrics.
This task applies when the Rating Scorecard is in Pending Scoring or No (blank) Scoring status.

Steps

From the App Launcher, search for CQ QMI, and open the app.

Open the Rating Scorecards tab, and select a Rating Scorecard Number.

Open the Metrics tab.

In the Scorecard Metrics section, select Delete from the row action menu.

Confirm the action by clicking Delete.
Expected Outcome

The selected Scorecard Metric is removed from the Scorecard Metrics section.

The metric no longer appears in the Rating Scorecard.

Users cannot view, select, or reference the deleted metric.
