Updating Manufacturing Information

Purpose

As a Complaint Owner, you update the Manufacturing Information to ensure the production details reflect the reported issue.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: CQ Manufacturing Information Update

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configurations: Org. Units

Steps

1. From the Complaint record, select Edit in the Information section of Complaint Details.

2. Update the Manufacturing Information, and select Save.

Expected Outcome

• The Manufacturing Information is updated.
