Purpose
As a Record Owner, you update return details to record information about items sent back as part of the complaint. You review the return entry, add or adjust the required information, and confirm the current status so the complaint record stays accurate.

Steps

From the Complaint record, click the Edit button under the Returns section of Complaint Details.

Enter the returns information as needed and save.
