Updating Returns

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you update return details to record information about items sent back as part of the complaint. You review the return entry, add or adjust the required information, and confirm the current status so the complaint record stays accurate.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Returns Update

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Creator PSG

Configurations: CQ Tasks


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, click the Edit button under the Returns section of Complaint Details.

  1. Enter the returns information as needed and save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Returns information is updated.
