Viewing Key Metrics in the Control Tower Dashboard

Purpose

As a Control Towers Administrative User, you can review operational performance by monitoring key metrics on the Dashboard. This task supports timely decisions by identifying trends, anomalies, and performance patterns to address emerging issues.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI - Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: Creating Rating Models

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

1. From the App Launcher, search for Analytics Studio, and select it.

2. Or, from Data Manager, select Analytics Studio in the left panel.

3. In Analytics Studio, select Browse from the left panel.

4. In the Browse section, select Dashboards.

5. In the Search bar, search for Control Tower Analytics Dashboard, and select it. 

Expected Outcome

• The Administrative User views the Control Tower Analytics Dashboard.

• The user reviews current and historical metrics in charts, graphs, and tables.

• The user identifies trends, anomalies, and performance issues to support timely decisions and actions.
