Recommendation Logic

Matches NC Title and Description with FMEA Failure Mode and Failure Effect.

Ranks records by highest text similarity.
Filtering Rules
Filters apply based on available Process, Product, and Hierarchical Code in the NC and their linkage in the Design File.

Open the Nonconformance record in Draft status at the Triage stage.

Select Assess Risk from the drop‑down menu.

Select a Risk Model and click Next.

Go to the CQ.AI Recommendation section.

Review the recommended FMEA records.
Expected Outcome

The CQ.AI Recommendation section appears after you select a Risk Model.

You see FMEA records that match the Nonconformance.
-
Each FMEA record appears as an AI card you can review.
-
You can open any card to view the full FMEA record.
-
You can select relevant FMEA records.
-
Selected records are added to the NC Risk Assessment.
