Voiding Regulatory Reports

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you void a regulatory report when the report is no longer valid or should not continue in the reporting process. You record the reason for voiding and update the submission status so the complaint reflects the correct regulatory reporting history.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Regulatory Report Void

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Regulatory Owner PSG

Steps

Only Regulatory Reports in Pending Status or not linked to any Report Submission can be Voided.

1. From the Complaint record, Regulatory tab, Regulatory Reports section, click the appropriate Form link.

2. Select the Void option from the Action Menu.

3. Enter a Comment.

4. Click the Save button.

Example:

Expected Outcome

• The report moves to a Void Status.

• When the Regulatory Report record is in "Void" Status, the following Quick Action is available:

  • Edit
