Overview
Use Immediate Changes to apply urgent updates to existing Controlled Documents in Draft status that are not linked to Planned Changes. Use this option to update shared content, such as references, logos, or other common elements, when you must apply the same change consistently across multiple documents in the QMS. Immediate Changes can also result from an approved Change Request.
