NC Triage

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you submit a Nonconformance for Triage to move it from initial recording into evaluation. You confirm the required details are complete and send the record for triage so reviewers can assess the issue and determine the next steps.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, myCQ Extension, CQ Supplier Central, CQ Supplier Performance, CQ Ratings Framework, CQ Embedded Analytics, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ NC Triage Submission

User Profile: Standard User

For Permission Set Groups: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner PSG

Steps

1. From the Nonconformance record, Next Best Actions section, click the Submit button.

2. Select Priority to indicate the urgency of the issue.

3. If needed, enter QMS Reference Number, such as Customer, Supplier, or Partner references, etc.

4. If needed, select the Department responsible for the NC.

The Department of the User creating the NC will autopopulate if the User is recognized in CQ under a Personnel record in CQ.
