Prevent Auto‑Generation of Future Rating Scorecards

Purpose

As a User, you can stop the automatic creation of future Rating Scorecards after completing an evaluation.
This task prevents unintended scorecard creation and keeps evaluations intentional.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI - Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: Prevent Auto‑Generation of Future Rating Scorecards

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI PSG

Steps

1. Open the CQ Locations tab.

2. Select a Location Name from the list.

3. From the Action Menu, select Set Evaluation Cycle.

4. Set Scorecard Evaluation Cycle to None.

5. Leave the Rating Model unchanged.

6. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• No new Rating Scorecard is created after the current evaluation.

• Users control whether a future Rating Scorecard is created.

• The update applies without errors or unintended scorecard creation.
