Purpose
As a Project Owner, you can view Design Project Gantt Charts to see tasks, timelines, and progress for each stage of the project.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension
Product: ProductQuest
Function: Design Projects
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG
Design Project Record Status: Open
Caution: The Start and End date must be updated for the horizontal bar to appear in the Gantt chart.
Steps
Internal Gantt

Open the Project record.

Open the Deliverables tab.

Click the Gantt tab to view the chart.

Select Week or Month to adjust the timeline.
External Gantt

Open the Project record.

Open the Details tab.

Click the URL in the External Gantt field to view the Gantt file.
Expected Outcome
-
Tasks, timelines, and progress for the Design Project are displayed in the Chart for each Stage.
