Purpose
As a Change Owner, you void Change Requests when the change is no longer needed. This action removes the record from active review and keeps the system accurate.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core
Product: Quality Quest
Function: Change Requests
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Change Requestor PSG
Record Status: Draft, Open, or Complete
Steps

Open the Change Request record.

Select Void from the Action Menu.

Select the Resolution Code: Void

Provide Comment and Password, if required.

Click Save.
Expected Outcome
-
Change Request Stage and Status is Void.

The Voiding Change Request activity appears in the Record Activities section on the History tab.

Voided Change Requests can be reopened at any time.
