Purpose
As a Meeting Owner, add Meeting Actions to record meeting minutes and decisions as assigned, trackable tasks with due dates.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension
User Profile: Standard User
Product: QualityQuest
Function: Meetings - Management Review
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG
Record Status: Open
Steps

Open the Meeting record.

Open the Actions tab. Then open the Actions section and click New.

Specify this information:

Title
Specify the title, if applicable. -
Description
Provide description, if applicable. -
Assignee
Specify the assignee, if applicable -
Action Type
Select the action type. -
Due Date
Specify the due date, if applicable. -
Files
Add supporting files, if applicable.

-
Click Save. To add another Action, click Save & New.
Expected Outcome
-
The Action record is created with a unique number.
-
The Action Status remains New.
