Purpose
As a Document Owner, you can set the Secondary Format to Disabled to prevent the document from applying secondary formatting. This option keeps the document in its primary format without additional formatting changes.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core
Product: QualityQuest
Function: Controlled Documents, Template Documents, and Courses
User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Document Owner PSG
Record Status: Draft
Steps

Open the Controlled Document record.

Click the Pencil for Secondary Format under the Content section.

Select Disabled for Secondary Format.
Caution: Changing Secondary Format disables the Document Auto Sync Cover Page, Header/Footer, and Watermark capabilities.

Click Save.
