Creating Product Reviews

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, you create Product Review Meetings in Design Projects.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meetings-Product Review

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG


Steps

  1. Open the Meetings tab. Then click New.

  2. Select Record Type: Product Review. Then click Next.

  3. Specify this information:

    • Title
      Provide the meeting title.

    • Meeting Date
      Specify the meeting date. The date can be in the past if the meeting already took place.

    • Previous Meeting
      Specify the previous meeting date, if applicable.

    • Org. Division
      Specify the Org. Division, if applicable.

    • Org. Business Unit
      Specify the Org. Business Unit, if applicable.

    • Org. Region
      Specify the Org. Region, if applicable.

    • Org. Site
      Specify the Org. Site, if applicable.

    • Location
      Specify the location, if applicable.

    • Meeting Objective
      Provide the meeting objective, if applicable.

    • Meeting Agenda
      Provide the meeting agenda, if applicable.

    • Meeting Minutes
      Provide the meeting minutes, if the meeting already took place.

    • Meeting Decisions
      Provide the meeting decisions, if the meeting already took place.

  4. Click Save. To create a new Meeting, click Save & New.

Expected Outcome

  • The Product Review Meeting is created and assigned a unique number.

  • The Meeting record is in a Draft Status and Stage.

  • The Meeting Owner is set to the user who created it.

  • Start button appears in the Next Best Actions section.
