Removing the Ready for Change Order Status for Immediate Change Documents

Purpose

As a Document Owner, remove the Ready for Change Order status for document drafts to continue making updates.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

User Profile: Standard User

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Immediate Change - Controlled Document

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Document Owner PSG

Record Status: Controlled Document Approval Status is In Change Approval

Steps

1. Open the Controlled Document record.

2. Select Undo Ready for Change from the Action Menu.

3. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

4. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• The Complete button appears in the Next Best Actions section.
