Updating Patient Information

Purpose

As a Complaint Owner, you update Patient Information to record details relevant to the reported issue. This ensures reviewers have the necessary context for assessment and investigation.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Complaints

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Creator PSG


Steps

  1. From the Complaint record, select Edit in the Patient Details section of the Complaint Patient tab.

  2. Update the Patient Information, and select Save.

Expected Outcome

  • The Patient Details are updated.
