Purpose
As a CQ Administrator, you can use Data Manager recipes to prepare and transform data and load results into datasets or objects. This task supports accurate scoring and reporting by applying defined data preparation logic to connected data sources.
Note: Recipe names are generated based on the App Name provided by the User. In the example below, CT is the App Name, so these Recipe names begin with CT, such as CT CQCT Nonconformance Analytics, with CT originating from the App Name.

Steps

Open the App Launcher.

Search for Data Manager, then select it.

In Data Manager, select Recipes from the left panel.

In the Recipes list, click the drop-down arrow at the end of each recipe row.

Run the Recipes in the order listed below.

Do not change the order in which Recipes are Run. If the order is changed, then the results will be manipulated.

Select Run Now and run the recipes in the following order:

CT CQCT Overall Logic Calculation

CQCT_Nonconformance Analytics

CQCT_Nonconformance Inspection Analytics

CQCT Audit Analytics
-
CQCT CAPA Analytics
-
CQCT Complaint Analytics
-
CQCT Control Document Analysis

CQCT Change Order Analytics
-
CQCT Overdue Time Analytics
-
RF CQSPE_QMI Level 1 recipe
-
RF CQSPE_Manual Score Calculation
-
RF CQSPE_Score Calculation Level 2

RF CQSPE_Supplier Rating Score Calc Level-3

CT CQCT Discovery Model Recipe

CT CQCT QMI Dashboard DS6

Select Job Monitor from the left panel.

Review the Run Status for each job.
Expected Outcome
-
The selected recipe Run Status shows Successful.
-
The Last Modified column shows the latest execution date and time.
-
The Last Modified By column shows the user who ran the recipe.
