Logging Out of Chatbot Session

Purpose

As a user, you can end your active session through the chatbot to maintain secure access control and ensure your account is not left open after use.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ.AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest, Platform & Technology

Function: CQ.AI Agent

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, Prompt Template User, Data Cloud User, CQSS AI User PSG


Steps

  1. Enter Logout in the chat.

  2. Confirm the action if prompted.

Expected Outcome

  • The user logs out of their Salesforce account.

  • The chatbot displays a logout confirmation message.

  • The active Salesforce session closes.
