Adding Impacted Sites References to CAPAs

Linking Impacted Sites References

Impacted Sites can be added to the CAPA record under the Reference tab for CAPAs if multiple sites are impacted by the CAPA that has been generated.

1. From the CAPA record, Reference tab, Impacted Sites section, click the New button.

2. Enter information needed.

3. Click the Save button or Save & New for additional Impacted Sites.
