Purpose
As a Change Owner, you adjust the Change Plan to address new risks, revised scopes, or operational impact. It keeps the plan aligned with current information and maintains accuracy throughout the change lifecycle. This ensures the plan stays accurate when requirements, risks, or implementation details change.

User Profile: Standard User
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Change Order Owner PSG
Record Status:
Steps

Open the Planned Change record.

Click the Adjust Plan option on the Action Menu.

Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

Click Save.
Expected Outcome

Planned Change moves back to the Plan Stage.

Adjust Plan action is performed, the User can create new Change Plans or skip the existing tasks.

When the created Plan is adjusted, the Plan Task under the Changes tab in the Open Status now moves back to Draft Status.

If Plan Approval is required, then once the adjusted Plan has been approved by all Approvers, the Planned Change will return to the Implementation Stage, and Assignees will be notified of their tasks.

The Adjusting Plan of Change Order activity appears in the Record Activities section on the History tab.
