Use CQ Change Management to document and evaluate changes that can affect quality, safety, or compliance before implementation.
The system supports these change management processes:

Change Requests record proposed changes that require review and approval before implementation through an Immediate Change or a Planned Change order.

Immediate Changes address urgent changes that require quick implementation for documents that have already been drafted and need to be bulk approved via a change record.

Planned Changes track changes that follow a defined plan and timeline for creating new documents and revising or retiring existing documents in the QMS.
