Accessing Complaints from the Queue

Purpose

Queue members access Complaints assigned to their queue to review new submissions and take ownership of records that require action.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Complaints

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configurations: Queues


Steps

  1. From the email or the Complaints tab, open the Complaint assigned to the queue.

  2. Select the Complaint Number to review and begin triage.

  3. Continue with the steps for Triaging Complaints.

Complaint Queues can also route based on the Department selected in the Complaint. If a matching Department Queue exists (for example, Manufacturing), the Complaint is assigned to that Queue. Contact your CQ Administrator to configure Department‑based Queues.

Expected Outcome

  • Queue members can open the Complaint assigned to their queue.

  • They can access the Complaint Number to begin triage.
