Assigning Regulatory Reporting Codes

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you assign regulatory reporting codes to classify the complaint for external reporting. You select the appropriate codes based on the complaint details and update the record so the reporting classification is accurate.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Regulatory Reporting Code Assignment

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Regulatory Owner PSG

Steps

1. From the Complaint record, Regulatory tab, Regulatory Codes section.

2. Click the Code Type drop-down arrow and select the preferred Code Type.

3. Click the Term drop-down arrow and select the preferred Term.

4. Click the Save button.

5. Optionally, click on the Plus icon to add more Regulatory Reporting Codes.

Expected Outcome

• Under the Regulatory tab, in the Regulatory Reporting Codes section, the newly added Regulatory Reporting Codes
  is listed.
