Adding Product History Reviews

Purpose

As a Record Owner, you add a Product History Review (PHR) to document past product events or quality records that support the complaint evaluation. You select the relevant review, record the required details, and link it to the complaint so reviewers can reference the information during assessment or investigation.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Regulatory Reports Extension, CQ AS2 Gateway Extension, myCQ Extension, and CQ AI Extension

Product: QualityQuest and Platform Apps

Function: CQ Product History Review Addition

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Complaint Owner PSG

Configurations: CQ Tasks


Steps

  1. From the Performing Investigation window, Product History Reviews section, click the New button; or click the + icon from the Regulatory tab of the Complaint for Regulatory Reporting Codes.

  1. Optionally, enter a Summary.

  2. Select Status: Draft or Complete.

  3. Optionally, select Relevant Observation: Yes or No.

  4. Investigation defaults to the open record number; leave as is.

  5. Optionally, enter the Completed By.

  6. Click the Save button or Save & New for additional Product History Reviews.

Expected Outcome

  • The Product History Review has been added.
