Overview
CQ QMI is a calculated score that measures and compares quality performance across locations using defined rating metrics from six CQ modules. You review a single QMI score per location to understand overall quality status and variation.
The score matters because you track trends over time, compare locations, and identify root causes behind high or low results. You use interactive dashboards, monthly recalculated data, and optional predictive scores to focus reviews, share good practices, and address specific quality issues.
