Viewing Action Plan Suggestions

Purpose

As a CQ.AI user, you can request action plan suggestions for an investigation to identify corrective actions based on similar NC and escalated CAPA investigations.
This task supports consistent planning by allowing you to review and record relevant action plans while the investigation is in Draft or Open status.

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, Prompt Template User, Data Cloud User, CQSS AI User PSG

Steps

1. Open an NC or Investigation record in Draft or Open status.

2. Click the Agentforce icon.

3. Enter Suggest Action Plans or select the recommendation.

4. Review the suggested action plans.

5. Record one or more action plans by:

   1. Entering the action plan numbers, or

   2. Selecting a recommendation.

6. Select No to skip recording and view other options.

Expected Outcome

• Suggested action plans display in the chat.

• Suggestions reference similar NC investigations and escalated CAPA investigations.

• A success message confirms that recorded action plans have been completed.

• A confirmation card appears for each created action plan with:

  • Action Plan Number (hyperlinked)

  • Created By

  • Created Date

  • Days Required (default: 15)

  • Action Plan Description

• The action plan links to the active Investigation.

• If the Investigation is not in Draft or Open, a message explains that recording is not allowed.
