Editing BOM Items

Purpose

As a Part Creator, you can update BOM items to keep Part quantities and details accurate for manufacturing.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ PLM Extension

User Profile: Standard User

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Parts

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ PLM Creator PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG

Steps

1. Open the Part record.

2. Click Edit at the end of BOM line item.

3. Click Save. 

Expected Outcome

• The BOM item is updated.
