Overview
CQ Forms allows companies to build forms using the Controlled Documents workflow functionality along with a Form Building User Interface. At this time, generic fields can be created for Date, Yes/No, Picklist, Text, etc., with more to come in future CQ Form releases. CQ Form functionality is also used in CQ Audit for Offline Audit capability, CQ Supplier, as well as CQ Safety Inspections (EHS) for submitting Safety Inspection reports.
CQ Forms works in conjunction with CQ’s Document Management solution which allows Users to Create and Manage Forms whenever controlled forms for Users to fill out and attach as quality records are desired. The Form is drafted and approved using all of CQ’s existing Controlled Document workflow functionality, and once approved, can later be filled out by designated Form Users and attached to various CQ records.
