Verifying Product Review Actions

Purpose

As a Meeting Action Verifier, you verify Meeting Actions to confirm that completed or skipped actions meet requirements and maintain compliance.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meeting Action

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Complete

Steps

1. Open the Action record.

2. Click Verify in the Next Best Actions section.

3. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

4. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• The Action Status changes to Complete or Skipped, and the Stage changes to Closed.

• The Action Owner is set to the user who completed or skipped the Action.

• Verified Date and Verified Comments appear in the Implementation section on the Details tab.
