Purpose

As a Quality User, you can review Root Cause Suggestions to identify plausible causes based on the reported nonconformance. This task supports consistent root cause selection and reduces omission of relevant factors during NC/CAPA investigation.

Product: QualityQuest, Platform & Technology

Function: CQ.AI Agent

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ NC Owner PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, Prompt Template User, Data Cloud User, CQSS AI User PSG

Steps

1. Open the NC Investigation.

2. Verify the record is in Draft or Open status.

3. Confirm you have the required permissions.

4. Review the nonconformance details.

5. Request Root Cause Suggestions.

6. Review the list of suggested root causes and references.

7. Select the most relevant root cause.

8. Save the investigation updates.

• You identify a plausible root cause for the nonconformance.
