Completing Post Implementation Tasks for Planned Changes

Purpose

As a Change Task Assignee, you complete Post‑Implementation tasks to confirm that the Planned Change is effective and to document any required results or updates.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

User Profile: Standard User

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Planned Change

Extension Package: CQ PLM

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Change Order Task Assignee PSG

Record Status: Complete


Steps

  1. Open the Home tab notification.

  2. Click View to open the Planned Change record.

  3. Click Complete Task in the Next Best Actions section.

  4. Complete the task.

  5. Provide a Comment and specify the Password, if applicable.

  6. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

  • Post Implementation Status is Complete.

  • Immediate Change remains in the Pre‑Release or Released Stage.

  • Immediate Change Workflow Status is Immediate Change Approved.
