Downloading Files

Purpose

As a User, you can download a report or document from the Report Preview Window to store it locally. This task supports offline access, review, and record retention.

Prerequisites

Installed Package(s): CQ Core, CQ QMI - Summer 2026

Product: Platform & Technology

Function: Download File

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ QMI Manager PSG

Steps

1. In the Files section, click View All to open the preview.

2. In the Report Preview Window, click Download.

3. Save the file to the required location.

Expected Outcome

• The download starts without errors.

• A save prompt appears.

• The file saves to the selected location.
