Adding Change Order References to Design Projects

Purpose

As a Project Owner, you can link a Change Order to a Design Project to associate project work with formal change control records.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Design Projects

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG

Record Status: Open

Steps

1. Open the Design Project record.

2. Open the Reference tab.

3. Click Add. Then link the Change Order record.

4. If applicable, provide the Change Order Purpose.

5. Click Save. To add another Change Order click Save& New.

Expected Outcome

• Change Order record is linked to the Project record.

• Change Order Edit and Delete options are available.

• Click View All to see all Change Order.
