Purpose
As a Change Owner, add a Post Implementation Task to an Immediate Change to document the follow‑up actions that are required after the urgent work is completed.
Prerequisites
Installation Package: CQ Core
User Profile: Standard User
Product: QualityQuest
Function: Immediate Change
Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Change Order Owner PSG
Record Stage: In Progress, Complete
Steps

Open the Immediate Change record.

Open the Changes tab.

Click New in the Post Implementation section.

Specify this information:

Title
Specify task title. -
Description
Provide a description, if applicable. -
Assignee/Queue
Specify the assignee/queue. -
Step
Specify the step number. Step 0 represents an anytime task. -
Due Date
Specify the due date, if applicable. -
Job Function
Specify the job function, if applicable. -
Allowed Days
Specify the allowed days, if applicable.

Click Save. To create a new Post Implementation Task, click Save & New.
