Completing Product Review Actions

Purpose

As a Meeting Owner, you complete Meeting Actions to confirm that assigned follow‑up tasks are completed and the action record can be closed.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core, CQ Design Extension, CQ Management Review Dashboard Extension

Product: ProductQuest

Function: Meeting Action

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG, CQ Design Owner PSG, CQ Management Review Meeting Owner PSG

Record Status: Open

Steps

1. Open the Email notification or a Home tab notification for actions.

2. Click View to open the Action record.

3. Click Complete in the Next Best Actions section.

4. Specify this information:

   • Completion Date
     Specify the action completion date.

   • Sign-off Comment
     Provide a sign-off comment, if applicable.

   • Files
     Upload supporting files, if applicable.

   • Comment
     Provide a comment, if applicable.

   • Password
     Specify the password, if applicable.

5. Click Save.

Expected Outcome

• If Verification is not required, the Action Status changes to Complete, and the Stage changes to Closed.

• If Verification is required, the Action Status changes to Ready, and the Stage remains In Progress.
