Redoing Change Plans

Purpose

As a Change Owner, you can revise a Change Plan to correct incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information. This task ensures the plan reflects the current scope, actions, and timelines required for compliant execution.

Prerequisites

Installation Package: CQ Core

Product: QualityQuest

Function: Planned Change

User Profile: Standard User

Permissions: CQ Base User PSG and CQ Change Order Owner PSG

Steps

  1. From the Planned Change record, select the Initiate option from the Action Menu.

  2. Verify and update Information, Policy, and enter Comment and Password if needed, and click the Save button.
